You have chosen to visit one of our websites, either Shemitta.com, NaturalProcess.net, or Wildergarten.com. Any dispute over privacy arising from your visit is subject to these Conditions of Use.
We do not collect ANY information about you directly, no cookies, no trace-backs, nothing. Our ISP collects the IP addresses of visitors to protect us from criminal activity, but that information is dumped weekly. Unless you do something criminal, we aren’t ever going to know who you are.
We receive and store information you enter on our Web site when you purchase a product. We use that information to ship that product to you. All the information you enter on the shopping cart software we employ is fully encrypted. We employ other persons to fulfill orders, deliver packages, send postal mail and e-mail, and process credit card payments. They have access to the personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. All communications containing your data between our vendors is also fully encrypted.
When they become involved, links to their privacy information will be posted here.
We use standard “shopping cart” software, common throughout the industry. The nature of the specific “cart” varies with the payment method you choose. That software does exchange “session” cookies with your computer so that it can identify you through the process and may look for cookies you have on your computer by which to identify you as an existing account holder. That’s between you and them.
We will release personal information if it is necessary to comply with the law; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of others. However, we respect your Fourth Amendment rights, and will not release information without a warrant.
Third party software protects the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers in an email to you when confirming an order, similar to a cash register receipt. Our “shopping cart” vendors transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
